Premier Pet Fox Den Automatic Cat Toy - Interactive, Motion-Activated Toy with Fox Tail Provides Long-Lasting, Hands-Free Play and Exercise - Battery Operated

I have six cats and they enjoy the heck out of this toy!! The first one I ever bought, my Savannah cat got that tail out!! So, if you have cats that are too smart for their own good, make sure you purchase two!! They are awesome toys and your kitties will have hours of enjoyment!!

This is a very well-made toy in my opinion. My cat loves it, but soon gets bored and goes away. He does come back later, though, and plays again. I was surprised by how long the batteries lasted before having to replace. Definitely worth the price I paid.

Toy is really well made and it has an easy open battery compartment on the bottom. Many other electronic toys have the very small screws which makes the battery compartment hard to open and a pain. Overall my cat is older and he was amused by it but overall not his type of toy. I will probably give it to my daughter for her cat. I like the fact that you can put it on a mode where it will go on and off throughout the day. Perfect if you work out of the house (pre-COVID) so that your cat can randomly play on his or her own.

Wasn't even a full 30 minutes of playtime before my 6 month old cat ripped the fox tail right of the spring. I thought mayhaps he developed some type of super strength while playing with the toy! Only to find out the fox tail was never secure from the beginning the only thing screwed on was the spring mechanism moving the tail.Nothing to hold the tail down cause for it to just slip right of ridiculous! I was hoping to give my new cat some new toys this Christmas and I spent the last of my money on this I wish I could rate lower I'm so disappointed!

Great idea for a toy but very poorly designed. The tail rotates on a clip inside the toy and pops out of an opening which my cat puts her paw in to get the tail when it goes back in.. she screamed twice in the 2 minutes this toy was running. I am glad I watched her play with it before leaving it on all day. They need a better design how can this even be on the market???

This toy didn't last long before it died. For the first couple of months it ran fine. My cat was getting bored with it, so I put it away for a short time. When I brought it back out again, it wouldn't start. I changed the batteries and it still wouldn't start. For what the toy, I would have expected a longer life to it. The toy also makes a chattering noise, which can get very annoying after a while.

Cats like it, come running when I turn it on for them. Automatic shut-off to save on batteries. Just wish it "chirped" the entire play time. For now, it only "chirps" when you initially turn it on. Lets cats exercise their need to hunt, overall pretty happy with it.

This is a well-designed toy, and my two cats are somewhat entertained by it...but they are six years old, so that has a LOT to do with their somewhat-lacking enthusiasm. I'm a lifelong cat "mother" so I know that kittens would be crazy for this toy. I just wish I'd found it a lot sooner. :) I would definitely recommend this for kittens and young cats.

i only give this one star because our cat loved it...but then while playing with it and trying to put her paws in to pull tail out, it rotated and had her paw pinned in..she yelled bad! i put my finger in and it rotated and it sure does pinch good.. So this is a Huge safety problem.

Not quite the distraction I was hoping for. Our young boy plays with it, but not long enough to wear himself out. Cute and fun for the other cats, tho!
