I have to take 5000mcg daily %26 I also have difficulty absorbing due to MTHFR. This seems to work for me, but doesnt last long enough for the price %26 amount I have to take. In my opinion, the taste is fine %26 mild in water as suggested. I never feel energized (may have to do w/other things too)when taking, but I feel way better. I like it 'cause it's right in your blood stream %26 bioavailable once taken. My nerve health, brain health, stiffness, mood, etc has improved..
