Not a happy camper!
I would not recommend purchasing this item UNLESS you are having state licensed people doing the install. If you plan on a DIY install all warranties will nor be honored by the Premier Levelle people. I personally will not pay someone to do what I have no problem doing I have been in the electrical trade since 1972 but do not have an electrician's license. I normally would do the bulk of the work myself then have a Air Conditioning tech do the final connections.
