Best work out board ever!!!!
Okay, so I did not really expect too much for this product, to be honest, i thought it was very cheap looking. HOWEVER, it was a breeze to put together, taking just a few minutes. The results that I have seen are amazing. I am bragging at work that within a week, I have dropping 4 pounds and have seen quite a difference in my waistline. I over did it the first time trying it because it was so easy and I thought it was not going to work and I was sore for 2 days. I have talked all the girls at my work into purchasing this product due to the extreme easy of use and the quick results. You will not be sorry if you purchase this product. I can not say enough about it. I use it while supper is cooking and get my daily exercise in. I do not have a lot of time in my schedule, nor do I have the energy for a long work out plan. So this is perfect for my busy life. In fact, I just walked by it and stopped and did a few reps. I am loving this board!!!

Great equipment
Portable, cute and easy to set up. It is quite a motivation to work out honestly. you might have to look up more videos on additional workouts to do.

Affordable and easy use
Only 9lbs. Very light. Easy to use. Only wish the knee pad was more comfortable. It's so hard it's really of no use. Better off wearing knee pads.

Works great but cheaply made
Seems cheaply made but it gets the job done! I just use YouTube videos and get great workouts. Muscles are sore. I just hope the board lasts!

You get what you pay for
No instructions can't put much weight on it when sliding it gets stuck. Very cheaply made and very thin. Was it worth the money spent?..........NO

Poor quality
Loved it, very effective, however it broke after using it a handful of times. The one side completely stopped sliding, would not budge, and now pops in and out. Returning after having for all of 17 days. Debating buying another, but afraid of it having the same outcome.

The armbands are not included, and I don't know how to get them, but they're included in the advertisement picture
