All the photos show this ince se burner as GREEN. I ignored the color "blue" in the description, because I have ordered items in the past based upon their appearance and received the color that appeared and not the color in the description. Many times, "teal" will be listed as "blue" because that is a green/blue color. Otherwise, I am satisfied with the product.

Like the design, I like some to send somewhere real strong they couldn't make the tweezers a little bit smaller. It was a good price and I did get it fairly quickly.

I purchased this for a gift. I've always wanted one. for starters, what was received doesn't look like what i expected it should. about half the size I'd say. I feel suckered by false advertising.

I was sent a different, smaller burner than I ordered. The pictured one has four levels, and the one I got has three with much less artistic detail on the finish. It's like the cheaper cousin of what I ordered. The incense cones all smell the same, even though they are supposed to be a variety. They don't smell good, more like an ashtray. Bummed about this purchase.

DO NOT BUY: Arrived intact. Looked cute until I noticed the hole for backflow is NOT centered into divet or recessed curvature at the top allegedly designed, albeit poorly, to cradle the backflow cones. Very dangerous because this causes the cones to sit off set to the side at an angle and can easily tip over to cause ash and entire cone to fall off and start a fire. I will be returning immediately. Unusable. DO NOT BUY.
