Nice and large. Stays cold. Can fold it up to put in freezer. The divisions help keep the clay evenly distributed. Haven't tried heat yet.

I love this ice pack. Much better than the other ones I have tried. I love how it folds up to easily fit in the freezer and the fact it stays cold for a long time. It really helped a sports injury I had.

The Size is perfect but even after Days in the Freezer this does not get cold enough to help, what small amount of coolness it holds lasts no longer then 5 Minutes.
