Incredible value! Easy to install. App is very user friendly. Some login issue's but overall you get a heck of a deal on this unit. I have 5 now and it pulls very little electricity.

Mini split!
This went in a game room to reduce the heat in the summer. It is cold and thermostat is set at 78! Highly recommend!!

Received damaged outdoor unit. Had it installed, vacuumed and the compressor was bad. I would not recommend this brand

PURCHASED UNIT SEPTEMBER 2022. SHOULD BE UNDER WARRATY. UNABLE TO GET SATISFACTION FROM SELLER JUST EMAILS SENDING BACK TO AN (855)%23 WHICH CAN'T HELP ME EITHER. HASSLE AFTER HASSLE 5 COMPANIES NEVER HEARD OF THIS BRAND NOR WORK WITH. LIVE IN A SMALL RURAL TOWN %26 UNABKE TO FIND A COMPANY THAT WILL SERVICE THIS UNIT. BUY ANOTHER WELL KNOWN BRAND %26 SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHES %26 RUN AROUND FROM SELLER. OFFERING ZERO SOLUTION.
