You can rely on these for collection as long as you are awake. However, if you go to sleep, they will leak and you will end up wetting your bedding. That's my experience at least...

These work terrific overnight. After a recent surgery, used these, and they kept moisture away, and kept me dry overnight. I would recommend these to anyone who needed an adult diapers. Fast ordering and delivery.

The underware is truly absorbant

I haven't figured how to fit the diaper so that it doesn't leak. Most of the time it doesn't but sometimes it does and this is very frustrating. The fit is not really comfortable. The backside feels like the diaper brief is falling/sliding down my buttocks. I have tried 4 other brand name diapers and found that the diaper could not handle my initial filling at its flow rate which is heavy at the beginning and tapers off. I get a feeling of embarrassment when in public when my diaper feels like it is overflowing. Being obese makes it difficult to bend over to see if my pants are wet. The quantity of fluid this diaper holds is greater than any of the 4 other brand names I've tried.

Wouldn't recommend, every night bed was wet.
