The sound is very nice and the headset controls are easy to use. The headset folds nicely for travel and the ear parts fit over my ears perfectly. Even with the volume low, the quality of the sound is very good. I use it with my phone for YouTube, music, and Duolingo. It is comfortable to wear.
Just what I was looking for, something easy to use, nice looking, not too expensive, not to tight or hard, good sound, good connection and battery life. Really enjoying them. Next time I'd try the noise cancelling ones, but for now these do the job just perfectly. I'm not super picky about sound, total amateur, I use them daily at work (pottery studio) for music, movies and calls, or on my commute. For a newbie of this brand they are great and I'd recommend them to everyone looking for something simple and good quality.
Headphones are fairly lightweight, bass sound not very strong, Sennheiser app really doesn't do much to improve the bass on the headphones, but high and midrange sounds are very good. I'm 72 years old. Controls symbols need to be a bit larger to recognize with fingers.
sound quality when taking over Bluetooth was poor . The person I was trying to talk to Could not understand or hearwhat was saying.
Can't really comment on the Headphones as they are a Christmas present and so haven't been used but as long as they are similar to other Sennheiser products I have then they will be okay. One point that has to be mentioned though is the appalling service from Global-E and that it took 2 weeks to receive the order from placement. No response to emails from them or Sennheiser and nothing like the 'up to 1 working day' to prepare and despatch the order as claimed on the website. Will possibly buy a Sennheiser product again but will definitely not buy direct as it is just too much hassle sending emails with no response and no idea when or where your order is.
These headphones are good, they cancel out sound very well and fold up nicely. The only complaint is that they are extremely heavy and not very padded on the headband so I tend to get some pain when wearing them. It would be good to have an option of extra padding on the headband.
