Premium Stepper and Rower Assembly (for items $300 and up)

Had a great experience with Handy Man Pro service. Sometimes I read reviews and question the credibility. Because of such I wanted to note my experience which was truly wonderful. Handy Pro was nice, professional, timely, and competent...really good!

My appointment to assemble a leg press hack squat machine was scheduled and rescheduled without my input 3 times. Two technicians were required for the job, and the service was performed on Easter Sunday. The technicians were knowledgeable and professional. One of them even helped us rearrange our workout area after we determined that the equipment mats had to be moved. After the appointment later that day we realized that the equipment wasn't working properly. Angie sent 2 technicians back out to determine what the issue was. We followed the suggestion and that solved the problem. I would highly recommend Angie for gym equipment assembly services.

I had an excellent experience with Jesus V from Angi! He assembled my treadmill quickly, efficiently, and with great attention to detail. From the moment he arrived, he was professional, friendly, and clearly knew exactly what he was doing. He made sure everything was put together correctly, tested the treadmill to ensure it was working perfectly, and even took the time to explain a few features to me. I had to help move the treadmill from the outside to inside the house and one floor down. Only one person came to assemble journal, there was supposed to be two men. Also, the person that assembled the treadmill did not take all the garbage and boxes away with him, as I asked him to do

I am so angry, first it took forever to come. Now I am here with the company that is doing the assembly. I was told upon purchase they would throw out trash and move it to the area I wanted it. This man said NO HE IS ONLY DOING ASSEMBLY THIS HAS BEEN THE WORST EXPERIENCE AND I WILL NEVER PURCHASE FROM Walmart AGAIN

the service was not available in the small town where the item was sent as a gift. i am unsure why they could not be honest from the start and say they did not have anyone to do the job. I asked day one and they said if they did not have a "pro" in the area the appointment would not have been booked. They kept making and rescheduling the appointment for set up. Happened 3 or so times before they finally admitted they had no one to do the work and cancelled and refunded my money. Also you have to download the angi app to use this service. it was a waste of my time and i would not try it again. rating was required but you can not put less than one star or i would have.

Don't bother if you lose internet zThus not getting to the email there are only mechanical responses telling you to use the email.. no matter what Could not geta human to respond. So unable to verify assembly for $99 Unable to find a human and Walmart was no help Stated that the phone number was it thus back to email that coul not be accessed. Going for my $99 as not paying someone when I had to stress to assemble. Health issues. So no thanks to these clowns. Too important to talk to customers

DO NOT PURCHASE!!!! 3rd party seller, unable to use the manufacturers warranty because they do not have a direct contact number, sent an email and no response back. Also if need it assembled do not let Walmart book your assembly based on the estimated arrival date because if you have to cancel or reschedule with Angi they are a pain to rebook, still waiting on a supervisors call from them. And the item looked used(no clear plastic or protective cover over the screen) very heavy and you will have to deal with doing a return which took forever. DO NOT BUY!!!!!!

it wasn't assembled it was put on the front door and it came late. i took off work because they told it was coming on the 8th by 8pm it came the next day

john was rude and obviously in a big hurry the instructions clearly stated that the bike had to be assembled on the 2nd floor. he said there wud be an extra fee i gave him $20 cash. also. he never gave me a chance to test the bike. he never even gave me the extra brake pad or instruction manual I am a female senior citizen. he was terrible I AM VERY UNHAPPY
