Prepac Elite 2-Door Freestanding Wardrobe Cabinet, 20" D x 32" W x 65" H, Light Gray

I have to say, normally I am very critical of any furniture I order as they mostly come in damaged, incorrect holes, misalignments or missing hardware. However, I was quite impressed with order. Timely delivery, ko damages, good quality, all the holes were perfectly aligned and extra hardware. This company must be taking customer satisfaction seriously. I appreciate that. I ordered 3 cabinets and all three were perfectly made. Except they did not label the boards in accordance to the procedure but I was able to figure that out.

The package is quite heavy, which may pose challenges for the delivery driver and increase the risk of damage during transportation. Using smaller boxes for packaging could help mitigate this. The current package was delivered without incident. Once assembled, it appears to be sturdy and of good quality.

I had a friend assemble this for me. Thank god I did. It took him two hours and he was sweating like a pig. It looks very nice, not like a cheapo wardrobe. However, in the box, IT WEIGHS A FREAKING TON. I do not know how the delivery guy got it to my porch. Once assembled it slides okay on a wood floor. But in the box--holy crap.

I ordered this thinking it'd be a cheap little utilitarian cabinet in which to store out of season clothes. However it is much more than that! It's beauitiful and extremely sturdy. The assembly was a breeze! The instructions state you'll need a drill but I used an old-fashioned handheld screwdriver and did not find it difficult to assemble at all as the pre-drilled holes line up perfectly. My only warning is that it is EXTREMELY HEAVY when unassembled. Thankfully the delivery guy helped me carry it up one flight of stairs into my apartment. Now that it is assembled I can't maneuver it on my own. However the way it's packed for shopping makes it a two man job if you don't have a hand-truck or something of the like. I am very satisfied with this purchase and am now considering buying a cabinet to match it.

This package was left in my car port a flight of steps away from home address. It weighed over 100 lbs, fed ex did a horrible job and left the burden on me to carry to my home. Outside of horrible delivery problem, armoire was well made with a few scratches. There is no numbers to help identify parts so you have to figure out what part is what. Took under 2 hours to put together. Great piece of furniture, but worse delivery job ever and disorganized directions.

The actual product was mostly very good. Unfortunately, there were some nicks and dings and some of the hardware stripped out. The bigger issue (and it was a big one) was it appears that the wrong instructions came with the product. I downloaded the correct instructions, but they were also horrible. None of the physical pieces were labeled to match the instructions. There was a small section that wasn't even addressed. Well designed product, horrible instructions. However, it is pretty sturdy, all the holes lined up, and it looks pretty good.

Wardrobe is 24.5" deep, not 20"! I bought this for my kids bedroom based on the fact that it was 20 in deep and would fit in a specific space. When it arrived I put it together and only discovered after attempting to put it where I planned that it was 4 in deeper than expected and did not fit with my other furniture. It is a really nice cabinet and I will not be returning it because it is extremely heavy and there is no way I'm getting it back in the box, let alone taking it somewhere to return it. I'm more than a little disappointed that the item I purchased was not the item that was delivered.

WHEN I RECEIVED THE CABINET I REPORTED IT WAS MISSING THE BAR THAT HOLDS THE CLOTH RACK OR HANGERS-THEY RESPONDED I WOULD BE CREDITED $15 REFUND ON MY PAY PAL CREDIT ACCOUNT. A FEW DAYS AGO I COMPLETELY ASSEMBLED THE CABINET -IT WAS MISSING THE BOTTOM FRONT STRIP OF WOOD,4 EXTRA SCREWS -NO BOTTOM STRIP.

Missing all the screws and hardware. Had to go out and buy as close to it as possible. Called customer service a few times and was on hold for a ridiculous amount of time. I was really looking forward to having this piece in my livingroom and now it's just a disappointment. The overall idea of it is nice but the factory leaving crucial pieces out is unacceptable as is not picking up the phone. I took a photo of all that was missing. The instructions don't include the sizes of the items which complicated it even more.

None of the parts are labled. It is a complete guessing game to figure out what part goes where. The direction says to attach C4 to C1 to C2 to C3. However, none are marked. It says to use RM-0001 and RM 0069 to screw them together, but none all the hardware are dumped into one bag. I called to ask why none of the parts are labeled. Customer service said management are working on developing a labeling system for their parts. If you want a headache and stress? This is the product for you. For me? This product is trash.
