This cream is great it doesn't smell and works super fast!!! Most creams smell like mint and dont work or kinda work this works really well. This has the highest numbing agent compared to other in store varieties and some prescription products I have tried in the past. I have tried other cream in the past but was never totally satisified with the results. This cream did the job. The texture is not as creamy and helped in applying it more easily. It did not feel too sticky. It lasted all day. It felt very comfortable. I have tried other Preparation H products but did not have the same results. I will be purchasing this product from now on. Lidocaine really helps stop the pain and itching but the packaging with a child-proof lid makes it a nightmare. I am over 60 and have weak hands. If I can get it open, then it work. Please don't make it so hard. This product is mainly used by an older population, so make it easier to open.

I paid $$ for this?? It was all they had at the store where I stopped. The next morning, I went into my local store & got regular Prep H suppositories, after using two in 4 hours, I finally got some relief! But then I couldn't poop for two days, took stool softener & finally pooped but now the hemorrhoids are back!! I'll be going to see my doctor tomorrow. (If I make it thru the night!)
