PrepSolutions 12 Slice Apple Slicer

Love that it slices into 12! It’s very sharp and I love that it has a cover so that I can safely keep it in my miscellaneous drawer. Also great that the cover is attached so that I don’t lose it.

This does exactly what it says. It’s top rack dishwasher safe. I typically hand wash it right after use and dry it off. It’s so easy to use and cuts apples precisely. This is the best $10 I’ve spent in a while. I’ve had it almost a month and it shows no sign of blade dullness, rust or plastic breakage. I’ll probably continue to hand wash it and dry it to prevent rust. I’ll probably buy a second one to have as a backup … just in case.😁

what a nice contraption I must say there was a tiny bit of learning curve but you just open up the flap at the bottom and push the Apple through that side and then close the flap and push it all the way down and voila you have 12 slices and a quarter

I am so glad I bought this apple slicer! What an improvement over my old one. The handles make it very easy to push down into the apple. I like that it makes more slices than some of them do. A helpful bonus is that it comes with an attached thing that you use to easily push out the slices with. Very much worth it!

I finally purchased an apple slicer, and this has been one of the best purchases I have made. I really like the bottom plate, where you can set the apple while you are cutting it. It makes the cleanup so much easier. The blades cut through apples with very little effort, leaving you with a perfectly cut apple. The handle's soft grip is gentle on the hands and lets you slice without discomfort. Plus, I love the device's green color because it is my absolute favorite! Everyone should have this device in their kitchen. Go buy one, you will not be disappointed.

I couldn't decide whether to order just a plain apple slicer or one that had a "bottom" on it. Decided on the one with the bottom thinking it would cut all the way through the apple better. I think I made the right choice. After making spiced applies once, found out how easy it could be instead of using a knife to do all the work. It cuts the right size slice for me. Did not choose overly large apples and tried to get them all about the same size. Works great.

Slicer cuts into 12 pieces so that’s great slices are not too big or too small. The flat green part pushes the apple all the way through the blades and that’s just the best. No dangerous touching of the blades.

Great product until it stops cutting on one side after only having it for a few months. It worked great at first but now it only cuts on one side and I don’t even use it that much. It ends up squishing the apple on one side now. I wouldn’t recommend this product unless they can make it more durable to last over time.

I would recommend if you are really strong person. I’m not that strong and I had a really hard time using this to cut apples with. You should pit the apples onto a plate or something so you can grab on to the plate as you push down on the cutter otherwise really good quality I would recommend

I had a large apple and it did a great job slicing through. The only problem, if it is a large apple you have to slice almost to the bottom then push the bottom plate back under the apple
