I really like this product however the sprayer could be just a tad bit better and provide more of a mist because sometimes it comes out in more of a stream, but I really like it. It's perfect to spray on some Panko crumbs on top of the casserole to get a nice crispy crust under the broiler for a couple of minutes, I don't notice any taste. It does have a high smoke point. I would definitely recommend this product, but to the company I would recommend improving the sprayer just a little bit.

trying to replace our plastic with metals after some investigating. this is a quality product, we highly recommend getting this particular strainer!

PrepSolutions 5 Qt Stainless Steel Colander
This is my 2nd purchase of this product and I will purchase 3 more. I pressure can, water bath can, steam can, steam juice, and dehydrate all year. This colander is durable, easy to clean, sturdy, and has not rusted in any way.

it doesn't function quite as well as a mesh screen but mesh screens do not last long regardless of how much money you spent on them. so I thought I would try this and so far I'm happy with it. easier to clean than mesh screens and infinitely more sturdy and reliable. so if you're tired of replacing the mesh screen ones then get one like this which is thin aluminum with countless small holes drilled into it.

Handle fell off after the third use. The handles are literally glued on. What a piece of garbage!
