PrepSolutions Adjust-a-Slice Mini Mandoline with Stainless Steel Blade

This is a definite must-buy! We often make homemade potato chips. This little mini mandoline slices potatoes in a snap. Slices are thin and consistent. Saves so much time. We have also made scalloped potatoes. Love that it has a handle you can easily grip. Warning: the blade is very sharp. Definitely use the safety guard.

This is easy to use. Easy to clean. It's small, but works well for small vegetables in a family kitchen. Would not be great for large onions or large potatoes.

I use this miniature mandolin all the time for garlic, onions, shallots %26 anything I want cut small when cooking. This as been an extremely useful tool right from the start.

Used it the same evening that it was delivered… Sliced up cucumbers, and radishes, and potatoes perfectly… Love the small design… Fits my hand so well…Easy to store and so easy to wash… It's a perfect tool for the kitchen…

I love my mini mandolin! I make a lot of casseroles where I have to slice a lot of garlic really thin and it used to take me a really long time. With this I'm literally done in 5-10 min. It's saved me so much time! And it's perfect for radishes, ginger and any other small fruit or veggie that bigger mandolins are just harder to negotiate without making a mess and cutting up your fingertips. Definitely a keeper and excellent addition to my kitchen.

It's made well and certainly functions as expected but I thought it would have the ability to adjust the cut thickness. Paper thin and slightly less paper thin are the options . For use in an air fryer ( zucchini chips) way too thin at its thicker cut size- turned into paper It does slice beautifully, very easy to use and clean .

I said it wouldn't recommend it but I would recommend it for some things but not for potatoes. unless you want to use extremely small potatoes to slice for your scalloped potatoes. That's what I mainly bought it for. and so now I don't recommend it for that. for the price it's not that bad of an item for smaller things such as radishes.

This does not do what I need it to do. I intend to return this, however, ever this made work fine for somebody else.I just need thicker slices.We'll have to lock add a different way to do

As soon I open, I noticed the item damage Small pieces of metal off, broken! Very disappointed because I ordered for a gift 😞

There is nothing wrong with it except that it is only half as wide as the one I thought I was buying. Perfect for radishes and tiny produce, not what I wanted
