PrepSolutions Silicone Grease Keeper & Strainer with 2-Cup Heat-Resistant Capacity

My family has always used old 28 oz cans to drain grease into. We keep them in the freezer until almost full and then throw them away on our trash pickup day. But then I almost cut myself on the current can! Nope, needed a new option. I like that we can now recycle the can and just empty the frozen grease into the trash. I wish this was a little bigger, but might solve that by just getting another one. I don't use the strainer because it causes the hot grease to splash a little bit, but otherwise this is a great replacement. Definitely worth it.

i looks modern. It's easy to use. Made from silicon, you can squeeze out most of the grease before needing a tool( I use a large spoon) to get the remainder out. The only way it could be better is if they made a jumbo version.

I haven't used it yet but it going to be so useful. I was just pouring my grease into a cast iron skillet. this will be Sooooo much better. 😀

i received this as a substitution for item no longer available. it's silicone and pretty sturdy. it was too small for what i wanted to use it for. ultimately, i returned this without problem.

Since I have bought one before I have been trying to buy a second one of these at the Southpoint store. They have been out of it for several months. The website said you had 4 of them in store but when another employee tried to help me they couldn't find it either. The place where it's supposed to be was covered with other items… I have corrected this 3 different times. So I finally ordered it through the system to pick it up. So I came to the store when it said it was in…….I didn't know it was going to take me to another store further away!!!! Why did it not have it sent to my store at Southpoint? Why did it send me to a farther store? Why didn't some fix the problem originally?

Did not like this product! After storing grease and trying to re-use it, the grease foamed up really bad and messed my steaks up! I tried it again and it did the exact same thing! I went and purchased a aluminum can container and the grease was fine. It's the container and maybe it being plastic is doing something to the grease.

I didn't realize it was so small. I think it has a 2 cup capacity.

To be fair, I haven't tried this yet but it's not what I expected. I wanted something to be able to keep bacon grease. I don't think it's going to work for what I want it for.
