It is a gift not received by my grandson yet, but this is what his mother asked me to get for him.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This game is so much fun! We played it on family game night and we all had a blast. It says ages 6+ but my almost 4 year old has no problems playing. Definitely gave us lots of laughs and time together. Perfect addiction to anyone's game closet suited for all ages and it's simple to play yet lots of fun.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I can see why this game has been around since 1952. It is a lot of fun! The fact that it has different shapes makes it a little more challenging for older kids and adults, but younger children can still play. This can definitely be played by the whole family.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a game that all can enjoy. This was easy enough for little ones but, interesting enough for older kids to want to participate. Packaged well for easy storage with well constructed wood pieces. Sure this will be a family favorite for many years.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My children really enjoy playing this game. The shapes can make it challanging to play. These are not your average blocks. This is a multi-player game, which is tons of fun. My kids also love calling each other Block Head when they knock the blocks over. This game is endless fun.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This game has it all, it's simple and easy. BUT it teaches concentration and patience. Two very important factors our kids need to learn. I like how simple it is and doesn't have alot to it. I would recommend this to everyone 10/10
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This and the moon balance stacking game were a couple of my favorites from the 80's. I ordered these two games to play with my kids (ages 7-23) and we have been playing them every day. If you don't have the time or attention span for long games, these two are for you! Quick, fun, engaging, quality time with the family and good for all ages.... I highly recommend!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My kids enjoyed blockhead and had lots of laughs each time the pile fell. I love that they had to problem solve to stack each piece. Although they enjoyed the game each game went by quickly because there are notary pieces to really extend the game. Overall all great quality and fun just hope they make a larger set in the future.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am so glad we decided to get the blockhead game. It is much more challenging than it looks so be ready to challenge your mind. My son is 4 years old and he struggled with it at first, but it was so awesome to watch him try new ways to stack the blocks.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have three young children and I am always looking for fun activities. They really love game night but it can be hard to find games that are age appropriate for a seven, six, and four year old. We recently played Block Head and the kids loved it! It reminded me of a interactive Tetris. The kids were able to pick their favorite colors and try to stack a tower with out it falling. I always worry my four year old will be out of games quicker but he did well with this one. There are just a few things I might have changed with this game. After a while of playing the kids had gotten pretty good. They knew how to stack without it falling as quickly. I wish there were more than twenty blocks. If we had extra for each child the game could last longer. I did notice the box said ages six and up. I feel that my littlest enjoyed this game the most. Overall, it really was a fun game! It entertained the children for a long time and created plenty of laughs. We will definitely add this to the rotation of our games.
