Loved my first one so much, that I bought this one to keep in my work bag. Excellent for use in relieving those knots in shoulders and neck during a day of working on a computer!

Great for Trigger points
For me, its difficult to get to the neck pain points. I have multiple trigger points in my upper back. First i thought that this plastic might slip on my skin but it can really grab that muscle and you can move that muscle with this Backknobber
