we waited 10 days for this item and got a text and email from Walmart saying it was delivered. It was not. So I called and was told to wait 2 more days. It finally came in our mailbox in a plastic envelope. We opened it and there were no directions. When my husband hooked it up to the hose it leaked everywhere. When we tried to return it to the store, they could not process it on their end. We called Walmart and got a new email with bar code and promise of return. When we went back to the store it still did not process. Was told to come back in a couple of days and we did…..still could not process the transaction. I am very disappointed in Walmart and this product. Do not lie and tell me something was delivered when it wasn't. At least Amazon takes a photo of their deliveries and has a much better system.

No instructions were in package. Tried to get them but did not succeed ! Tried to use washer but it leaked where the hose fits into it . Then tried two different hoses and a different washer . STILL LEAKED 1 Took back to the store in Griffin, GA and found out that they could not credit my card .Was told that I had to contact the maker which i had already tried to contact to get instructions but no response . MADE IN CHINA ! I will never order anything online from Walmart !

Did not come in a box plastic bag. No instructions. Can't believe Walmart sent this item out to me. Extremely poor quality control. Don't waste your time or your money on this sprayer

After 3 visits to the store to return it, after a phone call provided by the customer service manager, given a bar code to assure refund, still unable to get. Perhaps walmart needs to be more selective what providers they use?????

Made of low grade plastic that won't last 2 weeks and gives less pressure then a common nozzle. I get better pressure using my thumb over the hose. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!!

I would give this a zero, but that's not possible. The power washer does not connect to a standard garden hose fitting. I ordered two power washers and am attempting to return the items without success.

Cheaply made and packing material not secure enough to hold product during shipment. Arrived ripped and foam pot missing. Very dissappointed with this product. Certainly not at all like what was in the video!!

Item does not hook up to my hose has no instructions also say free returns and I have not been able to return at this point

The pressure washer does not do what is advertised. I am trying with little help from Walmart to return this item.

This is knock off. It is deceptive advertisement and the item does not “increase” you hose pressure
