Prestige Cat Trees 72-in Cat Tree & Condo Scratching Post Tower, Multi

We (me and three cats) would definitely recommend this tower. The cats love it. It's so fun to see all three in the tower at the same time. So easy to assemble like putting the top on a Christmas tree. And it takes up so little space, I love it!

Item arrived incomplete. This was evidently a third-party “marketplace” transaction. Walmart promptly relayed my problem to the business, who refunded the purchase within a couple of days. (Item is too cumbersome to return, plus delivery team delivered package into rain runoff rather than the covered and open porch.) neither WM nor vendor had any way to provide the single missing part on an otherwise sturdy product. What a waste. But at least reasonably quick response, eventually—appreciated after initial delivery date was delayed 6 days.

I have purchased these trees multiple times. If you put the ones I bought last time next to the ones I just received you would be shocked. The poles are skinnier and bent, the unit is flimsier, the carpet is thin and hard. I am extremely disappointed. The other one I have is taller, the posts are big and heavy, the carpet is thick and plush. They are literally the exact same unit. Too large to return. VERY DISAPPOINTED. NOT WORTH THE MONEY ANYMORE. To think I bought 5 of them…more are still on their way. UGH. First picture is the new tree. Second is the old one. I don't care enough to drag them side by side. Sorry. (Lol it won't let you post pictures over 5 mb) the new one my fingers almost connect around the post, the old one you can't even see my fingers let alone get them together. SHAME ON THIS COMPANY
