Try something New
I love this type of pan I have a cookie sheet a roasting pan like this and it cooks even all the way through and cooks fast.

Prestige roasting pan is a piece of garbage
The pan is a piece of GARBAGE. Using it only a handful of times and following their instructions (i.e., no non-stick spray and no dishwasher), the entire blue speckle coating is peeling off. I finally found the Prestige web site, which wasn't easy, and submitted a ticket weeks ago. I've gotten no response. Whatever warranty they may supposedly have on the pan they also choose to ignore.

Used the pan 4 times and the finish is coming off. Don't buy.
