I do think this item is a bit expensive for but considering it is cheaper than having to replace the whole unit when it isn't needed, I felt it was worth it. Especially considering how often I use my Pizzazz, I definitely needed a new one after the old one became too worn out that food wasn't cooking properly. I was glad that this was cheaper than any other pan replacement. It fit perfectly and now my food is once again cooking as it should. Despite the high price, I would recommend this if you don't need the whole Pizzazz machine to save some money.
