It has a digital LED screen to control the temperature which is nice and so easy to use. I also like that it comes with a rack. It has cooked several different things perfectly. It's also very easy to clean which is a huge plus.

I had so much room cooking my shredded beef for tacos I can't wait to cook other things in it. I think a breakfast casserole is going to be perfect in it!

Definitely so much more than an electric skillet, this handy appliance offers so many cooking choices. Pan frying, sauteing, steaming, simmering, and even sous vide and making yogurt! The heating is fast and very precise with a digital dial that allows heating to the exact degree. I love that it is spacious, making it easy for me to prepare larger amounts for a crowd or for leftovers. The cooking pan sides are deep and prevent splatters and spills. The glass lid seals well to keep heat in and offers a vent for steam. The durable ceramic non-stick finish makes for easy cooking and a simplified clean-up. I love how well this works for everything from frying meats to making chili, to steaming veggies and making homemade pizza. Includes a rack for making yogurt and even baking cupcakes. Bonus that an array of recipes are included in the enclosed booklet. Excellent for using without heating up the kitchen. Definitely see myself getting tons of use out of this for years due to the versatility and exceptional quality. A must-have for any home!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great pan for cooking various dishes, from frying to sauteing (sauteing is definitely my favorite) I love the size of it - we usually use it when we host friends over and have to cook in large quantities. It is also super convenient when I make breakfast. The temperature control works like a charm, and I absolutely love that nothing sticks to it. The skillet is easy to clean. If you try to declutter your kitchen from home appliances this skillet may come in handy as it can replace multiple kitchen gadgets.

We have used it for meat and fish, and had no problems. It is a good alternative when we don't feel like putting on the oven, or firing up the Blackstone outside.

Upon arrival I noticed it was so much more than that with a variety of cooking options including sous vide. This skillet can bake , make yogurt , cook pizza , whip up breakfast , steam veggies and even make yogurt. The booklet comes with a handy time table and complete instructions. Quickly this electric skillet has became my new kitchen BFF. It has a digital display button that makes selecting your temperature and beginning the preheating easy, quick and more importantly precise. I can make dinner faster , easily make a full breakfast in 30 minutes, make healthy snacks and full meals that the whole family enjoys. So far I have made pancakes and French toast , sausage , bacon , eggs and ham slices. Chicken breasts for salads and chicken parmesean. I have steamed carrots and broccoli and baked cheesy breadsticks. You can even make desserts in it. A unique feature is the sous video method which alot of people have entirely seperate appliances to be able to do that. In a compact kitchen it's important to me to keep my kitchen buddies to a minimum. The skillet is ceramic and non stick making cooking all these delicious meals , snacks and more easy and cleanup is even easier. The digital display also helps you get that precise temperature for perfectly cooked meals something that always frustrates me on the stove is trying to cook hashbrowns or fried potatos. Nothing is worse than rating fried potatos and finding multiple that aren't cooking throughly. This skillet cooks each potato cube to perfection and gives them a nice crisp exterior. A included rack makes things like steaming and baking possible. This skillet is great om it's own but also makes it so I can use both it and the oven at the same time if it's ever needed. I am so happy with how versatile this skillet is . It's even made me consider ditching my air fryer.

I absolutely hate cleaning up my stove after cooking bacon, and this is like the greatest solution ever! Made my bacon crispy without the gigantic mess! Will probably use this every Saturday morning for that, and so many other ways as well!
