Just give it a try!
I had Brain Surgery 9 months ago and I can tell the difference when I take it regularly and when I don't. If you have trouble with simple memory loss, just give it a try. As a baby boomer, I have been able to recall things that normally I wouldn't. I think it has helped me with recall finding things.

Worth the money
