Beneficial caffeine free tea
I'm trying this tea to hopefully lessen post menopausal hot flashes! It's deliciously delicate. I have drank with honey and no honey. I enjoy both.

Clover tea
I know clover tea is good for liver detox, that's why I purchased. Not sure if it's doing anything. It smells good but really doesn't have much flavor to it.

we bought this for the health benefits but we also expect some flavor. This tea was absent of any flavor or aroma. Naturally, we combine it with another tea that has plenty of both.

Definitely put honey in it. I didn't really tell a difference in using it but it was nice to sip on warm tea at bedtime
