When I first started using it on Sept 6, I could only jump a couple minutes. I am 79 years old and now I jump 20 minutes daily and could go longer. I need help building bone density without injurying my joints. This seems to be the best exercise for me. I compare this to water exercise.
Seems very sturdy and, once I figured out how to assemble it, on the fourth attempt overall, it was a fairly easy assembly. To figure out how to assemble it I had to disassemble and restart assembly 3 times. The pictures included were not helpful enough for me and my order of assembly was different than shown in the pictures. The key for me was using the holes and gaps in the apron aligned to the appropriate parts of the surface, along with securing the apron as I put it on around the edge of the disc by installing a leg whenever I needed one to secure the apron in place. As a completed unit it is very quiet which I appreciate.
I bought this for my grandkids and the love it. The whole family has been using it and they love it too.
I like this trampolin because when I jump on it for 10 minutes, I feel like massage in my shoulders and neck, actually I feel my body relaxed, it a nice sensation to feel less stress.
My 9 year old granddaughter absolutely loves the trampoline her mom says it works great and my granddaughter burns a lot of energy which helps her mom and dad🤣
Easy to put together, took about 45 minutes by myself. I'm 64 so, you can do it. I found YouTube videos (beginner 1, beginner 2) by Earth %26 Owl. Did both and it's excellent exercises that make you break a sweat but in no way painful. Where has this little piece of equipment been all my life?!? So fun, and worth it. I'm 167 pounds and 5'5” and it's very sturdy for my size.
The actual trampoline seems very sturdy and well made. However one important part of the "handle bar " was missing and I am unable to use it as advertised.
I really think I should've gone with a different brand or maybe different type. I wanted something easy on my joints as I'm getting older. I've heard great things about the bungee rebounders instead of the springs. I decided to go this way because it was cheaper. Not a great choice.
I really liked it at first. Bought it for my 60lb 7 year old. The mat tore by 6 of the rings within 4 months. Definitely should last much longer than that with a 660lb weight limit.
One of the legs were not threaded, This trampoline cannot be used without all the legs. This trampoline is worthless without the leg. This item was a waste of money.
