For this price, this is a pretty substantial machine. The augers are heavy duty, so it was a pleasant surprise.

So far I am pleased with this auger. Easy to set up, runs as it should and drills with ease. I would recommend by what I have experienced so far, now we just see how long it will last.

Not tuned and adjusted when I started wotking with it, but after adjustments, and some loose screws tighted it's diung the job. I'm puting in a 280 ft picket fence. Working like it should.

guide needs to be written better. some instructions were missing, so some steps need to be guessed at.

The set screw that attaches the throttle lever was stripped on arrival and broke quickly thereafter. I've had the unit about a week, little use and the guide surrounding the pull cord has already broken. As a result, the pull cord has now split the plastic housing/surrounding the line.

Order was never delivered and seller will not help. I should have known better than to order from a third party seller. Make sure it comes from Walmart and not a third party seller or you will receive 0 help with refund or replacement.

This item was used for digging 3, 4inch holes , I planned on using it today and the engine is seized up. I removed the spark plug thinking too much fuel and its dry . engine will not turn at all , I checked the fuel oil mix and its mixed properly ,hoping for a replacement unit .

I ordered a auger, post hole digger. Was excited because was getting it sooner than expected. Upon delivery finding what was delivered was not even close to what I ordered. I received in it's place a hot water dispenser. The two are nothing alike. What a joke, now waiting on my refund. We will see what happens. Extremely dissatisfied.
