We absolutely LOVE this lunch meat—it doesn't last a day in our house! My 10-year-old, who normally only eats hard salami, will eat this whole pack plain in one sitting. And I totally get it—I'm hooked too! I even got a friend to try it, and now it's her favorite as well. For some reason, these pre-sliced plastic packs have more buffalo flavor than when you get it sliced fresh at the deli. Not sure why, but we're not complaining! Only downside? We eat so much of it, I just wish it was a little cheaper. (And hey, if you want to toss a free couple pounds my way for this glowing review—I wouldn't say no! 😄)
Not gonna lie, for cold cuts these are actually pretty good. Easy to use, taste solid, and make quick sandwiches or wraps without any hassle. I've even thrown them in with eggs a few times. Not the healthiest thing ever, but for convenience and flavor, they're a win.
great tasting. only complaint is when ordering for curbside pickup there is no way to say how i want it sliced. i ordered a small amount to see if they still slice it thick. they sliced it thick and only got 2 slices for a 1/4 pound. way too thick!!!!
Deducted a star because it comes sliced to thick. The whole pount of ordering Deli meat is that its thinner. Not, cut as thick as possible because it saves a few strokes on the slicer. slices were close to ⅛ of an inch thick. Thats crazy. makes me reconsider even ordering this produc5. thats not a knock against the quality of the product. be cause the meat itself is delicious.
I am normally a buffalo or Cajun turkey guy, but they were out of the Cajun turkey at the time, so I went to the next thing. Very tasty, the texture was pretty decent, not slimy like some meats, makes for a good chicken sandwich with Swiss or provolone. The thickness of the meat was pretty good cut for sandwiches and wraps if you do that stuff. Just the right balance,of spicy vs bland, personally I prefer spicy, but I know some meats don't taste right if you over do it. Good for sandwiches in a pinch
The first time I ordered this by mistake, but I was glad I did. It was sliced thin which makes the flavor more delicate and appealing. So I ordered it again. This time it was sliced so thick, practically like a ham steak. The taste wasn't the same and the texture was very off putting. Not sure I'll order it again because of this.
DISGUSTING! I threw it all away after one bite. the texture was gross. it felt like rubber and ive had boars head buffalo chicken and you can tell its really chicken and not something that is smashed together and formed into a loaf style piece of ick. its the same as the prima della beef...its all about the texture. please go taste either diets %26 Watson (spelled incorrectly, I'm sure) and/boars head and then proceed from there. I pay extra for these high end products (even your prima della products) I'd like to know that I'm getting the best product. even if it costs a little more. thank you for your time. have a blessed day,,
I'm extremely angry because the Walmart employee who did my order marked that this was shopped for and put in the order but when I got home and opened the bags it was not in there I just can't understand why the employee would mark it as gotten when it was not gotten doesn't make sense does it well the employee should get re trained but not fired but the employee should definitely be made aware of her mistake because it is a bad one
It was delivered (not pre-packaged) from deli sliced...slimey in appearance..my adult daughter ate it for lunch today. She now has diarrhea, stomach hurts and is miserable. I think it is food poisoning but she is taking pepto bismal and resting in bed. It now is on sale, you should throw it out not reduce the price.
The things that were substituted were awful replacements. I then realized I forgot to add certain items, and went in to shop them myself, just to find all my original items right there on the shelves. There was no need for substitutions, I just got charged double for the items substituted for absolutely no reason.
