Prima Della Rare Roast Beef, Deli-Sliced

I was very surprised when I bought this roast beef brand from Walmart. I expected an ok quality and taste. I was Wrong. This Prima Della Roast Beef is great. It tastes close to fresh cooked. What a surprise. I have shopped more high end deli dept's and treat yourself to this brand of roast beef. I like you can get rare or med-rare, besides med. It is a great protein for any time you want a snack as well as in sandwiches, salads, etc.

This Prima Della rare roast beef is delicious! It's rich and moist and very flavorful! It makes a wonderful sandwich or you can add your own gravy to it, warm it up and have it over rice or mashed potatoes for dinner! The price is right, too! I highly recommend!

I was very pleased with the rare sliced roast beef. I purchased it to make deli subs for my family on Walmarts wonderful white sub rolls. I added mayo, lettuce and tomato slices and a GREAT MEAL was had by ALL!! I intend on buying it MANY MORE TIMES!

A lot of it has to do with the way it was cut. It wasn't thin. It was rather thick. I'm not sure what number. When it was cut it was was used but I like a real thin roast beef. Plus it had this black stuff on the edges of it. Found out later that this wasn't mold or anything. It was just to make it taste better. Well it didn't. It was distracting

When it's fresh it's good. Regreatbly they keep it too long after the open it so half the time it's no great. If you try to return it the say you have to take it to the store. Not worth the gas. Just threw it in the trash. Supervision on deli department has to be better

My Boyfriend and I order this roast beef from the deli often, but every once in awhile it's not any good one time it was sour and today when we received our delivery order it was full of fat and had this neaon orange color to it. Walmart usually refunds are money and like I said most of the time it's good meet. I guess it's a disadvantage from having to order online, instead of shopping in person. We are elderly with no vehicle and we depend on home delivery.

The bag of roast beef was placed inside is another bag. Which was placed inside of a 3rd plastic bag. And I could smell why. Good LORD! IT smelled like RAID!!! I have 5 cats, and even they wanted nothing to with it. aMy guy Chuck even tried to bury it. I have NEVER seen such unappealing Roast beef in all my life. And I pray that I never smell anything like it again. Once was more than enough.

Tasted this and it's not roast beef or not anything I have ever tasted. My husband and I both couldn't eat this. it's a weird texture too and tastes like a bucket of salt. I tried to give some to our pets and they didn't eat it either!! Save your money. I don't know what this is but it's awful.

do not order deli meats when you are having them delivered!!! i ordered a pound of roast beef $13.00 and a pound of ham $10.00. They set the meat slicer for as thick as it will go. How lazy!!! I can't stand thick lunch meat. So my dogs have been enjoying their 23.00 dollar meats.

The deli employee needs to learn one thing. Slice meat thin! There needs to be a note section so we can add how we like our meat/ cheese sliced! If there is a place to add a note, please let me know. I ordered a pound of roast beef and we only had 10 slices! It's disgusting to have such a large slice. I also ordered a pound of ham and the same thing happened with it! Also, it's not the first time!
