Prima Della Swiss Cheese Loaf, Deli-Sliced (Refrigerated)

Who doesn't love cheese? But there is a huge difference in quality cheese vs cheese product that contains less than 5% of actual cheese wrapped in plastic. Prima Della is mouth watering, worth the money, taste the difference kind of delicious! If you can't make it yourself from quality ingredients, buy it from someone who uses quality ingredients. You won't be disappointed!!

I try not to buy a deli food that is overly processed. The cheaper products at the counter are the worst. High sodium and other preservatives are used in the lower priced brands. A deli employee asked me what brand I was thinking of, and when I told her I didn't know, she recommended Prima Della. Thank you m'lady! This brand is really great because it's always fresh, aged, and perfectly flavorful. You'll find that the same problem exists in the self -serve cold cases. Most everything is over processed and over priced. Stick with the ladies at the deli counter. They know their stuff!

After reading a few negative reviews of this cheese, from a couple years ago, I was a little concerned about what it would taste like. But, those reviews are not my experience with the cheese. I'm eating it at room temperature and it's tasty, not the absolute best Swiss cheese I've had but, as this is from my local Walmart (Burbank California) I was less concerned about it being too old or too hard. Enough people in the area that it does sometimes go out of stock. It's deliciously tasty, and, I will definitely buy it again. While they didn't put paper between each slice, paper is on both ends and a couple more pieces, it's a firm enough cheese that the slices don't stick back together, even at room temperature (74 degrees). *Picture provided *

WALMART - PLEASE STOP wrapping RFID tag and even normal tag over bag zipper seal! It is causing to tear and defeats purpose of having a resealable bag!

My guests raved about this sliced baby Swiss that I served on a cheese %26 meat tray; all asked from where they could purchase it. It is creamy and very tasty unlike some other bland Swiss cheeses.

The price! Why go to Acme and spend ALOT more money per pound. I just love Walmart…..However, they need to clean the liter around the property. It is a pigsty.

I buy this Swiss cheese all the time and it's great. I put it on my roast beef sandwiches and my Reuben sandwiches and the flavor totally hits. This cheese is tasty but not overpowering and it's perfect for whatever sandwiches you love.

Believe it or not this is the only garlic bread I buy.believe it or not. It is the best I've ever had. Thank you Walmart. You got something going good for you.

Whoever sliced this cheese did not put paper in between the slices. It arrived, and I have a cheese block. Very difficult to peel the slices apart without breaking them.

I never got the cheese. The driver left my order on a bench at another building( not mine) in 80 degree weather. The whole order had to be thrown away.
