Solid stethoscope but needs some tweeking.
This particular stethoscope is very affordable. I like that it has both a drum and a bell. In practice, however, I have found that how well I hear (and sometimes don't) depends on the tilt of my head. Somehow the position of the earpiece shifts if my head is tilted down, but in an upright position of my head I hear perfectly.
