Great Product
This product was highly recommended through medical articles that I have been reading and listening to. It is easy to use, tasteless yet a very slight taste but when mixing with early AM black coffee it is not noticeable. Its been more than a week and I am noticing a positive affect as a 70 year old. I am encouraged for sure but also know it is not an "end all, be all"Gre but definitely a significant source for overall better health.

I suffer with muscle pain due to injury, age, and disease. I added this to my daily supplements. Added in hopes to absorb higher levels of proteins, and help with muscle pain and muscle loss. It did improve as hoped.

Product overview
Powder clumps and needs to be overly vigorously stirred to dissolve but only 90%. Delivery was unacceptable. Left it out in the open, unguarded and not delivered to my apartment as they usually are by all Fed X and UPS Deliveries are.
