I am recovering from knee replacement surgery. I was not feeling well at all. Something was just off. My Dr recommended recommended this drink and within two days I was feeling better. Thinking clearly and no longer tired! I'm going to continue with this bc it really helps me.

Way better than LMNT!
Tastes great! Not super salty like most electrolyte drinks. Easy to open portable packets make it easier to stay hydrated. Less than 1 net carb and 0 sugar makes it a great healthy option.

Great tasting product!
Was skeptical of this as I am of most because of the taste. It hits all the minerals I need and tastes great for a zero sugar item. I will definitely being buying this more.

My doctor recommended these for extra magnesium. I really like the fact that there is no sugar in these and the taste is great. Zero sugar.

Mixed review
The initial taste reminded my. husband and I of colonoscopy prep drink. I do wish other flavors were available. I have felt like some of my aches and pains have subsided some after starting this about a week ago. It's only been a week, so hoping to see more benefits in the near future.
