Primal Kitchen Creamy Cashew Alfredo, 16 oz

I'm dairy free and was nervous about trying something that's not a traditional Alfredo sauce and I'm so happy I did! Super delicious and makes delicious leftovers.

What a tasty and creamy substitute for Alfredo sauce. Clean ingredients. I added to my Ground Beef dishes. Great for all of your weeknight meals. Will turn any pasta into a delicious dish. By the way, cashews have health benefits. Tastes even better than your oily Alfredo sauce sold by the competition. Freezes well too.

I was pleasantly surprised when I used this product for the first time yesterday. It didn't taste exactly like Alfredo sauce, but it was creamy and it had a nice flavor and because I'm only trying to limit my animal protein I sprinkled it with a little Parmesan and then it did taste more like Alfredo. I will buy it again, just not every week because of the price.

I would absolutely recommend this product for anybody that is dairy free! I have not been able to enjoy Alfredo in six years, since I found out about my dairy allergy. I was very skeptical trying something new because I had had Alfredo before I found out I had my allergy and oh goodness have I missed it. This was delicious!! Wonderful taste. I used a little unsweetened unflavored almond milk and chicken broth to clear out the jar because it's impossible to get every last drop with a spatula (:

I need non-dairy sauce. Dairy doesn't get along with me. You definitely have to season this, just like you do the spaghetti sauces, and it will make a great non-dairy Alfredo sauce. I'm still going to try to find a nondairy white sauce.

Great vegan alternative! It's hard to find dairy free alternatives that don't have a weird taste or texture. This was surprisingly very good! Not the best , a mild aftertaste . However when mixed and seasoned it taste good. Easy option for when don't have the time to make a sauce.

I'm having to go dairy free due to my baby having CMPA (cows milk protein allergy) I'm an avid alfredo lover and this simply is not good. It's kindly sour and very zesty. I tried so hard to like it but will have to look into other options!

I was surprised that poor flavor and texture of this product, as usually, primal kitchen products have a great flavor and texture. For me, this was very tangy, sour, and pasty texture. I had a couple of teaspoons and threw the rest away.
