Primal Kitchen Greek Vinaigrette & Marinade 8 fl oz

I love this company because they use avocado oil instead of disruptive seed oils. Very clean ingredients which aid digestion and don't cause bloating or inflammation.

I like that there are dressing options made out of avocado oil instead of seed oils. However, this just did not have a good texture with the amount of dry herb bits in each bite. I ended up straining it but it still was a miss for me flavorwise for salad. I am a dressing snob though because I make my own salad dressings. I would definitely recommend this as a marinade only. I can see it making a killer greek chicken sheetpan dinner ( w/zucchini, feta, tomatoes, olives).

Didn't like the taste of it - had to cut it with some ranch (when I did that it was pretty good). Too much acidic taste and not like the Greek dressing I'm looking for

Trying to be healthy and trying new things isn't always easy and in this case, I would not recommend this you can definitely just put lemon or lime juice and oil with non-toasted seasoning yourself. Disgusting! Over priced for what you get in this little bottle and I bought 5 different ones of the Primal Kitchen dressings and marinades. Every one of them has the same flavor and a sour taste within their flavors. Even had to throw my salad out. And, like the after taste stayed on your tongue for quite a while. Maybe that's wheat it is, the sour taste in each one. Will not be purchasing these anymore.

product showed up with seal broken and cap busted. leaked into the package. i went ahead and just tossed it. I was trying something new and I am do glad I wasted my hard earned money trying something new.
