Great grill. Great customer service from BBQ guys.
The first grill that was delivered was shattered. I emailed BBQ Guys, snapped a few photos and they shipped me a new one no questions asked. Great and easy customer service for a disappointing first shipment. I've smoked two chickens on the Primo and they both came out amazing.

Best grill you will ever buy!
This grill holds its temp for long smokes and seared steak is so easy at the high temperature it can get to. If you buy it you will never be disappointed.

Love it
Excellent grill/smoker. Stand easy to put together. Very efficient and holds temperature for hours.

Grill is great. The stand... Not so much
Haven't used the grill yet but it seems to be very high quality. I am not as impressed with the all-in-one stand. It feels very unstable and almost caused the grill to tip over.
