Primo Bottom-Loading Water Dispenser - 2 Temp (Hot-Cold) Water Cooler Water Dispenser for 5 Gallon Bottle w/Child-Resistant Safety Feature, Black and Stainless Steel

To have great tasting water and very hot water all in one has been a way for us to get away from tap water. It just tastes great and the unit makes it so easy to drink healthy

We just finished our first bottle and love having hot water on tap! I only turned on the cooling portion for a couple tries as I prefer room temp for drinking. But it's nice that you have to option to turn these individually on/off for energy savings

I bought this Primo Water Dispenser for my son and his family, who live in Texas. They were going through at least a case of bottled water each day and I felt this would probably be more cost effective for them in the long run. I am so glad I purchased your product. It is pretty, efficient, effective, and totally satisfactory. All the family loves it.

Although I had issue with first unit I got, the door hinge being broken even with packing tape and shipping package fully intact. The pin was made of plastic and seem to have sheared off probably during assembly. When I brought it back to club the folks in customer service did outstanding job of exchanging my purchase with another unit in store on the same day and assisted with getting it and loading it in my car

It's been a month since I purchased this item. Wake up in the morning, grab a bag of oatmeal. No need to heat water. Push the button on the Primo, like magic. Hot hot water is dispensed. It gets hot in Az. No need to store bottles of water in fridge. Push the blue button on the Priego. Cold, Cold water. Ice not needed. Love it. Buying one for daughter's birthday .

This water dispenser work great. The hot water is very hot,and the cold water is very cold. It is easy to load and remove bottles from it.This works very well for my family and I. I would definitely recommend this to any person looking to buy a water dispenser.

I've had this dispenser for a few weeks now and am pleased with my purchase. As past reviews stated, this dispenser is a little noiser than most, but not unbearable. I've had an old Sunbeam unit that lasted over 9 years already and finally broke down. It was a very quiet dispenser. This one took a little to get used to, but it works fine. Easy to load and really keeps the water cold as needed. Same with the hot water. All in all a good little dispenser for sure. You won't be disappointed (I would have given it 5 stars except for the noise level).

This water dispenser has been a fantastic addition to our kitchen. It's used often by everyone in the family. I love that I have both hot and/or cold water at the push of a button. The bottom load is a must in my opinion for ease of changing out new/empty water jugs. My only complaint is that the dispenser door never seems to be properly attached. The door hinge is properly attached at the bottom, near floor however on the top of the door where the tray is... it just kind of rests against the unit. Therefore it's just sorta hanging on by a thread which is a little annoying. I'm not sure if the door was damaged at some point but we really can't figure out how to properly fix this issue. There are zero door attachment details in the instructions so I'm thinking this isn't a typical problem. Other than that the dispenser works perfectly for all our water needs.

I love the ease of the bottom loading machine. The problem I see is you can't set almost any container below the spout and push it back to fill. The space is to small for insulated bottles to sit and the pressure spot is to short for smaller glasses. So you have to hold the glass you're using completely which is sometimes hard for little ones and elderly who may have difficulty with this.

This device looks nice aesthetically, it also has features like hot and cold, dispenser light, and an easy lower refill location at the bottom. What I don't particularly enjoy about this model is the paddles to dispense water. It makes it hard for large containers like water bottles and coffee pots to be filled. The tower also has a loud refill noise which can be heard upstairs if you have a quiet home. Other than that it works as expected.
