This is our second unit. It produces really cold water and water hot enough for a quick cup of tea. No assembly required. Easy bottom loading bottle. However I preferred a door slipping up to open vs. opening to the side with requires a bit more room to make it work. Overall, a good product for the price.

Water Dispenser arrived well packaged and was very easy to set up. Excellent product and so easy to replace 5 gallon water bottles. I bought to replace our old dispenser that hurts my husband's back to replace, and I am no longer able to replace the 5-gallon water bottles because of a surgery.

Great delivery, driver placed package directly under my ring camera and right by my front door instead of right in the walkway like other drivers have done. Thank you for this!

This was a great purchase for the price! We went from renting a higher quality Primo dispenser to this one and I will admit it's not as great as the one we had before biggest issue for me is being no lights, but for the price I couldn't have asked for more.

Overall I would say it’s a good water cooler dispenser. It was delivered quickly. It’s nice that you don’t have to lift the 5 gallon jugs up on top like our last one. It has a light on the front when jug is getting low and needs replaced. Only thing negative is it’s pretty noisy.

a bit loud when the dispenser heats or cools water. Arrived with both hot and cold buttons not working had to call customer service and they sent a link to trouble shoot the problem, I had to get a screw driver to take the top off and move two plastic pieces to align under the hot and cold buttons

Walmart changed the item after confirmation from them. Not only did they substitute the item but charged a higher price. I am not happy with the situation.

After two years, something went out on this water machine so then I bought another one. I got it at a discount price from Walmart again it showed up broken so I went to try to exchange it. They said I had to return it then I returned it and then went to go order it again and it was 65 more dollars then I just spent on the one that I received brokenso no I would not recommend ordering any of this from Walmart

Arrived and it was broken. Had to tape the machine to get it running. It was all bent up and broken. Called and the Walmart number and they said that I would have to take the machine in to the store to return it. I work 64 hours in a week and I don't have time to do that hence why I had it delivered. They offered to give me a refund for part of it, and said it would take 48 hours to get an answer. It has been over 2 weeks no response. Horrible customer services.

This is not only a review on this crappy product but also about Walmarts crappy customer service!! Note before I provide the horrible details, I have been a walmart plus member for a few years!! It is not worth a penny to be a member!!! We unpacked the water cooler, plugged it in and within 1 minute the water button stuck and 3/4's of a 5 gallon jug of water leaked on the office floor. We located the broken part, the water cooler arrived broken. I am a walmart plus member, have been for years but that is a membership I will not be renewing nor do I recommend!!!! I called withing a 30 minutes of the issue, would have called sooner but I had to clean up water that had leaked everywhere. That call took 45 minutes, I finally got a supervisor and was told I would have a shipping label in 24 hours. I kept checking and NOTHING!! I called be a few days later, after being on the phone for an hour I was told the rep from the first call did not put all of the needed information in but be assured that I would have a label in 24 hours. %23 days later and no label. I called AGAIN, I was told AGAIN that the rep on the last call did not put the needed information in. I was told AGAIN that I would have a shipping label in 24 hours. So, do not buy this water cooler and do not subscribe to walmart plus!!!!
