Safe Filtered water in reusable jugs.

Richie June 21, 2025

My wife and I like to buy the filtered water and refill water bottles. It is a perfect way to recycle and cuts down drastically plastic water bottle waste. Machine is easy to use just follow instructions to lower fill dispenser to jug, flip green button to fill red to stop.

I use my own Arizona Tea bottles for refills and find the experience good.

Fabulous Water

Shirley June 7, 2025

Often in this store, the Primo machine is out of order. It's more convenient for me to shop this store on my way home from work, but it is aggravating to take all of my empty water jugs into the store only to find that the machine is out of order. Most of the time, when asked, the staff knows nothing about when the machine might be fixed again. When it is working, the water is great. I've been refilling my water jugs either at Walmart or Publix for30 years, or more. The price has gone up quite a bit in the past few years, from 19 cents per gallon to 42 cents per gallon, but the water is of very high quality and the price is for an entire gallon.

I appreciate the "honor" system Walmart employs for is water dispensing (dispense first, then pay for the estimated amount). Oher retailers require prepayment and often times I am bringing bottles of vaying sizes. Primo is as good as any bottled water. Being able to refill my own containers save waste and clutter

We had a small problem with our well. I purchased water at Walmart until problem fixed. My dog wouldnt drink the new water here so I buy the water for her at Walmart. She stays hydrated now like she should. It is refreshing, some water isn't. Also, my family purchases the water and has one of the home dispensers. I also buy the water for my Keurig.

Primo beats at home water filters like Britta and Zero water because it uses reverse osmosis in addition to everything they use. Very clean and pure water. At $.43 a gallon refill price, using Primo saves you money over the refill costs of the filters for those two brands.

Great water at a great value

Susan April 29, 2023

I find this water to be cleaner than any spring water on the store shelves. I like the convenience of not lugging cases of smaller bottles. I also like that I can get it by the gallon and the price is wonderful. I usually keep about 12 full gallons on my shelf at home at all times.

Water machines

Rebecca October 7, 2025

You said to tell you good or bad so here goes: Water from your machine costs twelve cents more per gallon than the water/ice machines all over town. Some machines are also Primo water. Others are another source. Not likely to fill my water jugs in the local Walmart anymore. Twelve cents doesn't seem like much, but when we are filling roughly 20 gallons per week, twelve cents does add up.
