Our previous water dispenser died on us after many years of service. It was a top loader and although I can still lift the 5 gallon bottles, it was getting harder snd harder. I like the aesthetics of this all white dispenser…very clean looking. Sliding the bottle in to the bottom is easy and smooth as well as popping the water cap on. It will support either 5 or 3 gallon water bottles. It dispenses very cold and hot water. To get cold water, you simply tap the cold water icon and then hold down on the dispense icon. It has a fairly tall opening for your water bottle, glass or mug. For hot water, you have to hold the hot water icon and dispense icon simultaneously. I'm sure this is for the safety of children. It does make a slight hum when heating/cooling water after you fill a glass or mug but not too bothersome. I recommend this dispenser and am very happy with it. I hope this is helpful.

This is perfect for people who a) don't want to mess with lifting 5 gallon water jugs into a crock, and b) want chilled or hot water at the touch of a button. I really like that it bottom loads, and the chiller is at a perfect temperature to not freeze your teeth. Includes 2 coupons for free Primo bottles.

The Primo Dispenser in white looks really nice. I purchased it in hopes that the smart touch would last longer than the conventional levers. It fits my Sparkletts 5 gallon containers. It took a minute for me to figure out to dispense the hot, you put one finger on the hot icon (a white light appears) and another finger on the dispenser area. It heats water quite fast and dispenses very cold.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] At first I thought this dispenser would be really complicated to set up and use but I was very wrong. It is easy to get fresh chilled or hot water for a cup of tea in an instant. It is very easy to change out the 5 gallon water jug and you can exchange for a brand new one at most local retailers or refill your old gallon.

The area to fill bottle needs to be longer so it can support popular refillable bottles like yetis and Stanley's
