Primo Top-Loading Water Dispenser - Hot and Cold, Child Safety Lock - 5 Gal, White

I love the cooler but nowhere did it state that it doesn't come with a bottle of water or even an empty bottle. I ordered a bottle and received an empty bottle.

I like this water dispenser because it provides clean cold or hot water instantly. We have Cory water with an awful taste and this water dispenser is a lifesaver. Would highly recommend this product.

Worked perfectly. The ability to turn on and off the cold/hot is great, because you can always have room temperature whatever if it's desired. Easy to setup

I like the fact that you get. it's easy to load the water and it dispute hot water as well as cold water

I like that its pretty cut and dry but if you have a hard time lifting the 5 gallon jug you may as well splurge to get the bottom loading version

Dear Walmart Customer Service, I purchased a Primo Water Dispenser from Walmart. Within a week of use, it began leaking from the bottom and sides—especially when dispensing hot water. This defect clearly violates the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act and the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices Act, both of which require products to be free from defects and fit for their intended purpose. I am formally requesting, within 10 business days: • A full refund to my original payment method, or • A replacement Primo Water Dispenser that has been tested and certified defect-free. If Walmart does not resolve this promptly, I will escalate by filing complaints with the Federal Trade Commission and the Texas Attorney General's Office.

Water dispenser leaked like a sieve from the bottom. Tried different 5-gallon jugs. Still leaked like a sieve. Junk product.
