Primo Water® 3 Temp Countertop Water Dispenser

I like the quietness of the water dispenser when the hot is on. With the cold water on it It makes a lot of noise. So I turn on the Cold water on in the day when you dont knowCold water on in the day when you dont notice it I just the hot water on at night. It works out perfectly for me. Its on.

purchased for a second time after first one of many years was damaged by me. Love this cooler. On my kitchen counter perfect size. Saves me money!!

This seems to be a nice, solid unit. Easy to clean and I like the handles on the sides. For me personally, the hot water could be a bit hotter and it is louder when the compressor is running than I am used to. Overall I am pleased.

I intended to use 3 gal water jugs that's advertised as a refill option at Walmart. However, the primo water jugs are not available in a 10 mile radius. Therefore, I would have to order it from the company. Defeating my purpose of my carbon impact.

I disliked the fact that the the box was opened from the bottom and should have been treated as an open box and been given a discount. It was advertised as new. For all I know this could have been a returned item. Plus cold portion not really cold as advertised.

Water tasted like plastic for a couple of days (even after rinsing and all that. Had a leak from the basin to underneath where the compressor was. Flooded the countertops .. returned already

March 2026 delivered. out of the box the button is stuck and it would keep shooting out water. The flow rate was extremely slow. Slower than my last primo water machine that I tried to replace. I will not buy Primo again machines last less than a year and the water flow slowly decreases as the machine gets older . If primo is reading this, please try to make a machine that will last that doesn't take 30 seconds to fill up a small glass of water. I don't need a hot water function just cold water, please.

Great looking unit, but when I put a 5-gallon jug of water on it, the water ran out under the top seal. All over my floor. What a mess. Tried to see if I could solve the issue, but could not. I should have known I was in trouble when I opened the instruction, and there was a coupon for a discount on a jug of water that EXPIRED on 12/31/2023. Looked on Primo's company page for help, but they do not even show this unit anymore. Do not suggest you buy this unit.

I bought this Jan. 30, 2022. It seemed perfect buy until in June the hot started making noise, so I turned it off. Now today I get home and find a puddle of water on my floor and around machine. It turns out its leaking from somewhere inside. Buyers make sure you get warranty.

This machine stopped cooling water after 3 months and I was using it zerowater water bottle. When I tried to contact the warranty department, they told me that the warranty is void because I should have used primo water bottle only.
