Primo Water 5-Gallon Bottle with Water Refill Purchase

rimo purified water has been the only drinking water my family uses at home for years. It tastes clean and fresh, and we've always been happy with the quality. The only downside is that the price has nearly tripled over the past 10 years. I've also noticed that the taste can vary slightly depending on which refill station I use. After trying several locations, I found one in Nixa, MO that consistently tastes the best to us, even though it's about a 20-minute drive from our home.

There is no water in these gallon jugs. Is this a joke or is it really supposed to be just gallon containers? For $1.00 reach.

Why would you sell empty jugs? The ones i received aren't even sealed. container's. There's still water droplets in these jugs so how do I know who used these jugs last and I know its not sanitary. Who would approved this?

i too thought i was ordering a gallon of water for $1.00. i received 4 empty gallons of nothing. it is misleading as the add states gallon of water. delivered 4 empty gallon jugs

Real pain in backside. Needed water, so this was the first time to get a bottle of water. Found the machine and a bottle, filled it and then tried to find a lid. There were no lids and employees said it is handled by an outside vendor so they couldn't help me. I took the filled bottle to the checkout and asked for a lid. They told they were back with the water station. Finally, a supervisor got out a device and told me to go to hardware and purchase a pair of lids for $8.00. I refused to pay for lids that should be available with the bottles. I did go to hardware and found the lids for purchase and took it back to customer service and told my tale. After I told them that I could not transport the bottle in its present condition and again refused to buy the lids, they did a "customer satisfaction" transaction and did not charge me for the lids. No reason that it should be this difficult to purchase a bottle of water!

ordering for delivery the add was misleading. i thought i was ordering 2 gallon jugs of water NOT 2 EMPTY gallon jugs.

Why order water online for home delivery if I have to go to the store to fill them up. Not too happy.

Got these online. No where does it say you have refill them. Who is really buying empty gallon water jugs?

Don't buy this for curbside pickup. It comes empty.

Big rip-off. I brought in my own PRIMO 1 gallon jugs and refilled the. I got charged $1 for the jug and $0.39 for the water
