I was wary of getting this since it was a Black Friday discount and I had read a couple of negative reviews and I thought maybe they were trying to unload some inferior product, but it is awesome and far exceeds what I was expecting. It's sleek and modern. I don't mind it being in view of the living area because it looks like a top of the line piece of equipment (which it is). I've never used a water system, but I've just moved in with my grandson and his wife and we go through bottled water like crazy and this seemed like a logical solution. It was very easy to figure out how it works, and literally nothing to put together. Just pop the jug of water in and you have hot/cold water. Really glad I got it.

It has indicator lights for heating, cooling and empty bottle. It has a child safety feature on the hot water dispense button. If you have a top loader and tired of having to lift 3 or 5 gallons of water then you may want to consider this item. If you want to save money when compared to what the average price is? Please note that the manufacturer noted on the box that the dispenser should be stored in the upright position for 24 hours prior to use.

Latest style update is great, locking hot button is nice. But the best part is I can sit my Stanley on the ledge, shelf, whatever it's called, and fill it without halving to hold it at an angle or hold it at all! Not have to press ‘cold' then hold the dispense button is great too.

Very easy to use and there really isn't any setup other than unboxing. The hot water side is hot enough for tea, but I don't really use it. The cold side is cold enough for me. It's not ice cold, but that's not what I want. It gives chilled water, which is exactly what I want and expect. Loading in a new bottle is easy and no heavy lifting. I use a 5 gallon bottle and it drains it really well so there's no water left. My biggest knock so far is that the hose that goes into the bottle is plastic and that leads to a little plastic taste from time to time.

I purchased this item. I left it in the box for many months until I decided to use it. When I took it out of the box I used it for about a month.And then I noticed the cord ad a small split in it. I did not inspect the cord, because it's a new item.

This is a replacement for a previous model. Disappointed in that there is only one spout, dedicated to both the hot and cold water. But the major problem is that the water splashes all over when it is dispensed due to the high depth between the spout and the platform. Would like a riser to move the cup closer to the spout.

This unit dispenses more room temperature water than it does cold water.Seems like once the water level becomes low in the bottle below, it stops coooling, and the red light comes on but the bottle below still have water.And when the botrle is full it seems like if the blue light is not on the machine you will not get cold water you have to wait untill the blue light comes on tk get cold water the blue light comes on and shuts off maybe every 15 or 30 minutes total trash.My older units thats 30 years old top load is way better you get cold water untill the last drop in the bottle.

I do not recommend this product as I have been having issues since I have bought it for black Friday and even then… it was not worth the price I received it for even after I got a free return back with a new one after the first one. The first machine had a broken door and the hot water did not work. Talk about great shipping and handling. The second machine is just as faulty if not WORSE. It has an electrical issue which is causing a burning plastic smell. You would think after attempt 2 they would give me a good conditioned primo water dispenser but instead it was also in awful condition.

Item came defective. Water comes out a as a small trickle and isn't cold. Takes like 5 minutes to fill a cup. I can't lift the item to package, take to a center and return it (whole reason I had it delivered in the first place) so I'm out over 200 bucks. Save your money, buy another brand at another retailer.

very very cheap quality the door is so wobbly it seems it going to break ive bought 2 of this brand and they have done the same 😑 very disapointed !!
