This water machine is amazing!! The presets are my favorite thing about it! I just press 2 buttons and it fills up my Stanley for me! No need for holding the button down! It's amazing! It also has the extension piece so that it actually uses up all the water in the jug! So glad I got this one instead of the other model. This one is clearly superior and fits ALL cup sizes! Not just standard ones. I seriously recommend this model
I had a previous Primo water dispenser that lasted about 10 years before I realized that my cats were able to dispense water just as good as I could. I chose this dispenser for its ability to lock the dispenser portion (especially the hot water) to help protect my toddler from being able to push it. In addition, I prefer the hose that is used in this version as the end bends and will suck up more water from the jug . Overall, I am very happy with this purchase amd would highly recommend to others!
The Primo Bottom Loading Pro 2 is honestly a solid upgrade if you're tired of lifting heavy jugs or dealing with slow, loud dispensers. The bottom-loading design makes swapping bottles super easy, and the autofill feature is legit convenient—you just set it and forget it. Both hot and cold temps stay consistent, and the unit runs quieter than most dispensers I've owned. If you want something reliable, low-maintenance, and actually worth the price, this one does the job really well.
Very easy to use and looks sleek in any kitchen. The bottom loading system is super convenient and no more lifting heavy water bottles. The autofill feature is a great bonus and it fills my bottle without needing to hold the button. It cools and heats water quickly which is perfect.
Very stable unit. I have been through 3 units in as many years. None have stood up to normal usage by a 2 family household. This unit is great and much easier to dispense hot water than other units and their silly child safety mechanisms. Hot water comes out hot and cold comes out cold which is exactly what you want on one of these units especially when paying north of $200 dollars. Nightlife is also a very welcome feature!!
Great product, little complicated when refilling bottles so keep the sticker it comes with as you will forget. However, good machine and the memory features are fantastic. It would be helpful if the buttons remained lit however.
The buttons are not user friendly. It takes time to program the memory. Buttons are not sensitive. The instruction booklet did not include information about troubleshooting.
memory function works perfectly, large fill area for large bottles, looks great. Compressor is alittle loud though
i can't even use it yet because my walmart is OUT of water. and they said i can't use the coupons that came with it for free water either because they have to be redeemed in the same transaction as the water dispenser. i bought it online and one of the free water bottle coupons was inside the box so short of opening it inside the store i wouldn't have been able to use it if i bought it in store anyway, and regardless they're straight up out of water.
Piece of JUNK! 1st off, instructions were AWFUL (not real clear on how to clean probe and there is NO troubleshooting section~ REALLY?!?). Then, after hooking up, water leaking/ shooting everywhere underneath (obviously something broken)! I am working on trying to replace and will give this model another try (hoping this was a result of a broken piece from being thrown around during shipping maybe). We'll see, and I'll update if this issue gets resolved. But so far, BEWARE!!!
