Primo Water™ Bottom Loading Pro 2 Temp Water Dispenser with Single-Serve Coffee Maker, White

I like the k-cup storage at the top. My favorite is how the water is stored at the bottom instead of the top. The design is perfect for people with back problems. My old kentwood water dispenser took every thing I had to place the water tower on the top and then upside down. This Primo hTRiO is well designed to make life a little easier with the water stored at the bottom. Also the bottle is hidden inside so it doesnt look hideous in my kitchen.

It's very functional and it doesn't take up space. It looks attractive, especially since the 4 gallon water is inside and not bulging out. We use it to drink cold water, coffee, tea and hot chocolate. No more waiting for water to boil in a kettle. The nightlight isn't bright enough at night. I thought it would be stronger. But I would definitely recommend it.

I purchased one of these for my home and loved it so much. I personally don't drink coffee but everyone else in my life does. Love the bottom loader feature, no more spills. I even got one recently for my parents in their home. This time around had a bit of an issue, the machine didn't cool the water but being that Sam's Club stands behind their products another one was shipped out immediately and the returning of the defective one was hassle free with no charge at all to me. We love it. can make a got tea in the evening without messing with a teapot. cold and hot water when needed. Love the bottom loading water.

So far it has only been used a couple of times but is working well. It can be a little loud when first starting up and when making coffee but the coffee maker is super quick. Overall, I am pleased. It has been a great purchase.

I was looking for a white cooler with options for hot cold or room temperature settings. The keurig feature was a bonus and works well I especially like the fact you can just press your glass against the paddle to dispense the water rather than having to press a button on top of the machine. Runs quietly. However I did have to flush both the hot and cold systems each with 5 gallons of tap water to remove a plastic taste before installing the bottle of water. I dont flip the hot water button on the back unless I will be needing it. I can then dispense room temperature water when needed. I would definitely recommend.

I am over the moon happy with my primo htrio water dispenser coffee maker. First thing in the morning I make myself a steaming hot cup of coffee with this machine instantly.No muss no fuss. I highly recormend it to all coffee drinkers. I am so happy I chose this one.Try it you will be happy too.

Ordered this on October 6th took till October 15th to get here. Kept being told it was delayed every day. It was suppose to be here the 12th. Finally get it and it is dented on the side and I am so ticked off. Waited this long and paid 199.00 for something that is damaged. Other than the damage it does work great. Wish it was not dented on the side but I guess we will have to place it in an area where you don't see it.

Coffee maker doesn't work well, every time I push for the 10oz option, it makes about 4. It's LOUD! I hate how loud it is when it's running, both the cooling and the heating parts for the water. They run for quite a while and often. They are SO loud, it's rather annoying. It also dispenses slow.
