Primo Water® Bottom Loading Pro 3 Temp Water Dispenser

I am very satisfied with this product. The price is reasonable considering the quality and features it offers. The dispenser feels well built, works efficiently, and the three temperature options are very convenient for daily use. The bottom-loading design makes it easy to replace water bottles without heavy lifting. Overall, it meets my expectations in terms of quality and performance, and I am very satisfied with this purchase.

I've had this type of water dispenser for since late 2024-ish. I really love it. The bottom loading feature is great if you have any injuries. The hot and cold water functions are great, but I love the room temp water function. The design makes everything super easy to use and I love that I can put my drink mix packets on the top in little plastic shelves. Recently got my mother one, as she liked the design and wanted one for her home. When the price comes down I want to gift one to my sister and brother in law. Having crisp water on demand has never been so great!

So far, it is a product that is easy to use, easy to clean, easy to set up. I spent some time comparing products and retailers. Walmart doesn't disappoint.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The dispenser works well in terms of functionality. It heats and cools the water like it's supposed to. However, the material quality doesn't seem very strong. The first time I used it, one of the plastic pieces where the water comes out broke. Also, the drip tray is kinda narrow. My regular glass barely fits and a wider cup wouldn't fit at all. Overall, it does the job, but the quality could be better.

Hot water didn't work!

The devise is very nice, but it is not the one I ordered, and I was charged $42.00 more for it. It was substituted and I was never contacted about it. Never knew price difference until it showed up on my bank account. I spoke to C/S and was told my only option was to return it to the store. I had it delivered from the store to my home, and I have no way to return it. With no other option, I chose to keep it, but I am not happy about the wrong charge and the fact that I was never told about substitution. I could and would have made another choice.
