Primo Water Deluxe Stainless Steel Self-Sanitizing Bottom Loading Water Cooler

After a herniated disc I dont Attempt to lift 40 pound water jugs. Ive read all the reviews this 100% fits 5 Gallon Nestle jugs of water. People says its noisy need to separate the cooler from the back off the wall more than 4 inches so the cooling radiators can have room to breath. Once it chills the water its 100% silent make No noise. The Self cleaning makes noise to reset it just hold the switch 5 seconds at the time of day or night you want it to run. Water gets ice cold and hot water gets steaming hot. Not sure how much hotter or colder people expect. Came packaged in two sturdy boxes.

I'm glad that it was packaged well. I love it so far even better than the last one I had. The Primo water cooler is great 😊 I love that it has the three different temperatures to choose from the hot water is really hot and the cold water is very cold 🥶 and it has a room temperature too and it's very easy to setup and is quite too!

It arrived promptly, and is exactly as advertised. I love that I can load the water bottles into the bottom myself, instead of waiting for my hubby to get home to lift it to the top of the machine. I also love the extra features! I love the empty bottle warning light, as I have had to change the water bottle already. And in the evening, I really love the night light so that I can see to fill my cup without having it overflow.

Honest review...this dispenser is great! If you're looking for something that does exactly as it's described to do, this is it. We live in an area with a water advisory. Our family drinks A LOT of water, which has resulted in A LOT of water bottles, so when I did the math, this purchase was a no brainer. Read ALL of the instructions. Be prepared to use about 2.5 gallons during set up. Don't let the negative reviews sway you. It runs and sanitizes quietly. It's not super fancy, but it looks good.

it has everything I wanted, plus the sanitizer and it fit right in the space I made for it. But the only complaint I have is that I added instruction to bring it to the breezeway to make it easier for me to bring up through the Kitchen but they didn't follow instruction and I couldnt carry it to the kitchen and to add salt to injurie i am disable. Way to go FED EX.

Only had it a week but so far I love it! Instant hot water for instant cereals, coffee or tea and cold water that doesn't need ice. Bottom loading is so much easier for me to change out. Haven't used the self sanitizing feature yet but I already know it will be easier than how I had to clean my old dispenser.

We really like it now, but we could not get the plastic / chemical taste out. We ran water through it multi times and soaked it with vinegar. After a lot of time, trouble and wasted water, we were able to get the bad taste out. We love it now. After having a top bottle dispenser for so long this is great. The only drawback is that it doesn't suck up all of the water from the jug. Also, the self cleaning goes off at times I don't want it to and I'm not sure how to change that. Some mention not liking the light on at all times, but where we have it it's like a night light.

It does the job, but...there are some complaints. On the good side, so far the self cleaning feature seems to be doing it's job. The water doesn't taste or smell funky and I don't see any signs of buildup in the hose. The water spigot dispenses water at a good rate as well and the compressor has that water ice cold in under 15 minutes. For the complaints, first, and the biggest issue, is that it's noisy. When you pour water, the spigot itself doesn't make that much noise. But a second after you push the button you can hear the pump start drawing water from the water container, and it's noticeable. You can also hear the cooling compressor very well. I don't think it should be as loud as my large size fridge, but it's pretty close. The worst culprit though, is the self cleaning feature. That I can hear in any adjacent room to the dispenser. The dispenser itself was rattling from every side for the first couple of weeks, from the side panels and the coils on the back. That I was able to work with by using some appliance-safe padding to keep contact between parts to a minimum. Another issue is that it's very noticeable that they didn't use any insulation when placing the reservoir tanks. I have the hot function off for kid safety, but regardless of which of the 3 tanks I draw water from, it's all coming out ice cold. I can't help but to think of the waste in energy if they might have done this to have the hot and cold sides balance out in the middle 'room temperature'.

It does get the water really hot and cold. However, it is annoyingly loud and keeps running its sanitation process, meaning I can not use it for at least 90 minutes a day. The water probe is cheaply made of plastic. I would not recommend this water dispenser.

After 1 day, the hot, cold and room temp water would only come out as a trickle until enough water came out to start the pump to fill the reservoir. Very noisy when heating or cooling the water. I would not even give it 1 star but had to to post this review.
