Great Machine!
I am so happy with my purchase of this water machine. I save lots of money by drinking water from this dispenser and I am also saving plastic from going to the landfill. The Primo water is delicious!

Blew up, first use. All instructions followed.
Something in this literally just blew up. I followed the directions, have waited the 24 hours with it standing vertical, and when I went to dispense that first quart of water...boom. Now I have water all over the wall behind it, leaking onto the outlet. Water on the floor. And a non-working water cooler.

LEAKS
Leaks non stop, have only owned this machine for 1 full year... Also touch is very annoying, half the time button doesn't recognize your pushing it or starts and stops over and over again to fill a glass of water

Leaks everywhere
Mom gave this to me. Had it for 6 days and leaked the water all over the floor. I am hoping it didn't penetrate downstairs to my neighbors apartment. Terrible! Do not buy! Don't know why the price is so high if it doesn't last.
