Everyone should have these. I have several bottles that I rotate through for an emergency water source. I don't expect there to be electricity during a natural disaster, and these pump the water perfectly. I'm using them on two and a half gallon bottles. It leaves a little bit of water at the very bottom but does a pretty good job suctioning out most of it
This is a good, cheap alternative to the expensive water coolers. however, the button tends to get stuck a little bit.And it's kind of a pain in the butt. also, keep in mind that once you get a high enough pressure going. If you do not pay attention, you will overfill everything.
On the box was a coupon for a free filled 3 or 5 gallon Primo. BUT i get my walmart delivered. the coupon can only be used if you are in the store at the time you purchase the pump w coupon attached. Not clarified on the walmart app for shopping your delivery items. I went to the store coupon in hand, elderly and disablef, and in this heat (Aug 2025) to be told that thwy cannot over ride the coupons condition. I bought this instead of the non-electric or battery power pumps due to the coupon that can be seen when mobile ordering. treat the blue button kindly cuz my wife loves to break this. if u have wife like minr, u shpuld do fine. instead of dribing 30 minutes in the heat prep for the coupon false advertisement. since the pump is universal, i will but my water closer.
I actually don't like it as well as the previous pumps with no handle. It's noisy, they added a button to the cap that turns so it won't "accidentally" pour out water. Never been a problem with the old one. I'm of the if it's not broke, don't fix it. Just adding things for no reason is stupid.
I liked the water dispenser but what I didn't like was that it had a coupon for a 5 gallon water bottle and when I went to redeem it there was a rude lady there and didn't want to let me use the coupon. Why put a coupon on the box if they're not going to let us use it ?
Dispensing nozzle does not extend beyond the wide of 3 gallon bottle so everything needing to be filled has to be tipped toward the nozzle. The top button does not glide down so forget about pumping the water out. Terrible purchas. I have been unhappy with the primo service at walmart for a while now. I am cutting the primo brand, which was one of the only reasons I justified shopping at walmart.
I purchased this pump to replace the pump I bought 3 years ago. my old pump broke finally. I am extremely disappointed in this purchase and in primo as a brand. I will no longer be purchasing primo brand products. 1. the main advertisement photo for this product is not the product that you will get it is false advertising. 2. the pump is much smaller than previous version 3. the pump was manufactured poorly I'm assuming it will break within a few weeks 4. the manufacturer coupon for a free bottle of primo pre-filled water is invalid because it did not come with the pump upon delivery. 5. the carry handle does not stay in the upright position it flops around which makes for difficult application and removal. 6. somehow this pump is loud compared to the old version 7. the pump continues to shoot water out for an extended period of time after you stop pumping, the previous version stopped rather quickly after pumping. this has resulted in water all over my floor on more than one occasion and I don't want to use this pump anymore I would honestly rather pick up a full 5 gallon jug and pour it into a tiny cup with my small female weak baby arms than use this stupid pump. my tip for people trying to purchase this pump: don't, go somewhere else, get a Culligan subscription, drink from a wild stream. my tip for primo: revert back to your old version until you can fix what's wrong with this version. making products poorly does not result in your company doing well in the future. I don't know who your CEO is but they're doing a very bad job. making good products make sure that you have future clients which you are losing if you cannot read your views on this product. I honestly cannot express enough how much I hate this pump compared to the previous version I purchased about 3 years ago. photos included old version is on the right new version is on the left
Absolutely the worst, most useless product I've ever purchased. Most definitely returned it. The tubes do not like to stay connected, the actual pump bit does not connect to the bottle like it is supposed to and since it does not latch you cannot pump water from it.
I had sent other emails reviews to you. This item wants to come with the Correct water jug Free with the purchase of the pump. I told you several times I was supposed to get that free Water with purchase. No one has brought to me.Contacted me anyway I am very very upset. I cannot Understand why I am being blown off. Again i'm asking please send me Five gallon This water that goes with my pump
The pump stopped working literally less than a month. It's pure garbage. I'll go back to Walmart and return it which I normally I don't really care but I want them to be little bit more picky on what they are selling. This is literally garbage worth $0
